IMPORTANT DETAILS
- Spaces will not be held for interested teams
- Receipt of invitation and/or a payment does not guarantee a spot in the tournament
- Registration fee refund: 60 days or more before tournament 100% refundable, 30-59 days 50% refundable, less than 30 days forfeit of tournament fee
- Certified team list must be presented to the Tournament Organizer prior to the team's first game
- Read and understand the Tournament Rules and Regulations prior to the team's first game

- Payment made via cheque must be received no later then 10 days after receipt of registration. Please notify tournament coordinator if paying by cheque when registration is sent. Tournament coordinator will contact team to confirm acceptance in tournament once registration and payment is received.
- Payments may be made via e-transfer. Please notify tournament coordinator if paying by e-transfer when registration is sent and details of e-transfer will be provided.2023-24 tournaments coming soon!
